Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on location. Address changes can be requested within 8 hours of placing the order. International orders may attract duties/taxes payable by the customer.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first attempt to be resolved amicably within 15 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Faridabad, India.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Faridabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neeshank Enterprises.
