Delivery Timelines

Your order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimated based on product availability and the destination of your shipment.

Please note that estimated delivery dates may differ from the actual delivery dates, and delays do not give rise to any legal claim against us.

We usually dispatch orders within 24 business hours of receiving them, depending on the delivery location. If further delay occurs, our customer support team will contact you.

Packaging & Safety

To ensure safe delivery, we use high-quality corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, and thermocol to minimize in-transit damage or breakage.

Possible Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, certain conditions may cause delays:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • No one available to receive the package at the address
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of logistics partners

Order Processing

Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding national or declared holidays.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be edited, modified, or changed. However, we accept address change requests made within 6 hours of placing the order, or prior to shipping—whichever is earlier.

Stock Availability

We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. If you have paid for a product that becomes unavailable or requires longer delivery time, we will proactively inform you within 2 working days on your registered email or mobile number.
